Built an AI-powered Slide Deck Builder for Better Boundaries CIC, producing on-brand slide decks, presenter's notes and teacher handouts for RSHE training modules — part of the wider push to get five core modules through PSHE sign-off and CPD accreditation.
The problem
Better Boundaries covers subjects that have to be handled carefully every single time: Consent, Healthy Relationships, Digital Relationships, Respect, Power & Masculinity, and Pressure, Harassment and Abuse. Building training materials for six sensitive subject areas — decks, presenter's notes, teacher handouts, all consistent in tone and curriculum-aligned — was slow, and every one was effectively a bespoke build. For a founder-led organisation, that's a bottleneck: time spent producing materials is time not spent on sign-off, accreditation, and growth.
What we did
Built a Slide Deck Builder in Claude, using the Claude Design feature with a full design system, so every output is on-brand without manual formatting. Fed it the organisation's own context: RSHE guidance, Larissa's Founder's Vision document, Better Boundaries' internal guidelines, and other supporting material — so the tool reflects both the curriculum requirements and the organisation's voice, not a generic one. Set it up to produce three linked outputs per module: the slide deck, presenter's notes, and teacher handouts.
The result
This unblocks the accreditation pathway: five core modules heading for PSHE sign-off, then CPD accreditation — the milestone that lets Better Boundaries train the trainers so schools can deliver sessions themselves. Sign-off is still in progress, but the production bottleneck is solved. Materials that used to be a bespoke build each time are now consistent, fast and on-brand.
